3 month follow up today

Well I had surgery on July 6 and today I am exactly 103lbs lighter. I do believe I am now an official member of the century club. I just wanted to share that with the world Thank you. Mike

That's sickening, really... Seriously, though, that's terrific! Share your secrets, would you? I had surgery the same day as you, and I've lost less than half of what you have. I don't begrudge you the loss, though. Keep it up! Pamela -48

Hey Mike, That is awesome!! Congrats. I had my 3 month check up on Monday and I am down 71 pounds. I was 319 and now I am 248. It is a great feeling isn't it? That is so cool where you are from. I was born in Pottstown and lived there until I was 12 (20 years ago). I went to Lincoln elementary school and I used to live on 2nd street. How cool is that? My grandparents live in Bechtelsville and I used to love getting 5th avenue bars from Gilbertsville sale...the things I remember!! Take care and congrats again!!! Tina open rny 7-6-04 319-248-159

I want to know how you lost 100 pounds all ready too. I had surgery on 7/15 and have lost right at 60 pounds...If i had lost 100 - I would just about be at goal.... A
