The half centry mark!

50 pounds today. Wow. I am thrilled. Sure I am still severely obese at 5' 6" and 225 pounds, but it seems just yesterday that the scale was stuck, food was stuck and I wondered if this was going to work for me. It has not been an easy ride but I honestly feel the bad days are behind me. The challenges will always be there, but I know this is going to work for me. 83 pounds to goal. I sure am enjoying this ride.

Elizabeth, Thats such great news! I also felt this wasn't going to work for me, I had a few bad weeks really bad weeks! I actually regretted it at one point! I am feeling better now just like you know this is something I can do! Congrats! MICHELLE
