What's your exercise regimen?
I walk 30m minutes about 4 to 6 times / week. Didn't walk much lately b/c of the huricane(s) here in central Florida, and also b/c sometimes my ankles and feet get really swollen, probably cuz I'm not drinking all my water, so my body is trying to retain... (workin gon it!)
When I started walking, 5 minutes was a strugle, now I look frwd to walking whenever I can. slowlly working my way up to 1 hr.
