Hi ya'll

Well I've been on AMOS for months and just found this particular board. I to had surgery in July on the 13th. Mine was in Tulsa at Southcrest Hospital. Dr.'s Gorospe and Kirk were my surgeons. Wonderful fellas let me tell ya. I go to my local support group meeting tomorrow night and will weigh in then but according to the feed scales at work I am down around 70lbs. I started out at 418 and am feeling better everyday. Well wanted to come in and say Hi to everyone..love Marshall

Hi Marshall, Nice to meet you. glad you found this board, it's nice to talk to people who are right there where you are. Congratulations on your 70 pound weight loss! I can imagine how much better you are feeling. I had my surgery 7/28 and have lost 48 pounds, down from 246. I know I'm feeling better, my feet don't hurt and my legs don't "get tired"anymore. Now if I could just get that big ole energy burst that everyone keeps talking about...I still want to hibernate! Hugs, CJ
