Tuesdays Menu with a protein challenge!
Hi everyone...once again I won't get home till after midnight...but I will be peeking even if I can't post from work.
Todays protein challenge....50 GRAMS FROM ALL OF US! We can do it..
and to start us of I've had 23 grams so far from a protein shake, much better then yesterday! Now, I need to go pack my dinner with the goal of getting in 27 more grtams of protein.

1/2 banana 50 cal
Advantage Protein bar 220 19 protein
Advantage Protein Bar 220 19 protein
low carb lavash bread 100 4 protein
1/2 c low fat shredded cheese
100 8
2 oz chicken 100 14
It looks better than it is from a protein standpoint, but I could only
eat half of the chicken on lavash bread so I only got in half the protein
My dr wants my calories and protein up- and I am so full- I don't know
what to do....
Oh well... each day is an adventure. Better luck tomorrow!!
CJ - Thanks for the challenge...But darn sure is not going to happen to me...I am lucky if I make 40 grams... For today I have had 30 grams of protein - of which 18 of those came from GNC concentrated protein syrup....And 450 calories....
And there is NO way I can fit anything else without ing....I am struggling to finish up 40 ounces of water....
Oh well...the pouch will stretch sometime....
