Protein without Drinks....
Deli Turkey helps. 4- 1oz. slices have 125 calories and 26 g of protein. I roll them up and eat 4 for breakfast and lunch sometimes. That would bring you to 52g pretty easily. If you can find Hood Carb countdown yogurt, it's 12g of protein per container. So two containers of yogurt & 8 slices of turkey will give you 76g of protein. I'm sure there's a million ways to get to 70, but I don't like to cook much anymore!
I'm not a speedy loser either. I'm down 46 pounds.
