Eating and Protein Questions
Leslie, I am sorry you had it sooooo rough, that totally sucks! As far as the protein, I have had good days and bad days, I normally have my water or propel in the morning, then eat a string cheese, then my water then for lunch some sort of soup, then more water and dinner last night I made italian meat balls with sauce and cheese. and then after wards I have my ProRated protein drink with a banana as I have been getting cramps in my foot at night.
