Weight Loss Updates

almost 5 weeks out and down 31lbs.

At my 4 week mark 8/12 I have lost 31 lbs. ( I weigh only at my MD appts, next weigh in 9/12) Cindy

Hey all! I will be 1 month Monday and I have lost 38lbs! I pray everyone is doing well.

3 weeks and 5 days out and I have lost somewhere around 23 lbs. I go back to the doc and weigh on Tuesday for my 4 week checkup, so I will be really interested in what the scales say then. Jules

I had my open RNY on 7/12/04 and have lost 37 lbs so far

Congrats to everyone!!! We are a great bunch of losers!! I had my RNY on 7/8 and have lost 36 pounds (forever)!! I feel really great and (so far) haven't had any complications, just a few uncomfortable times. (((HUGS))) I am so proud of us!! Take care

hope I'm not to late to post I'm 7 wks out and down 24 lbs - I had the lap-band so it'll be a bit slower - but still not bad! WOO HOO! Tina

I had surgery on 7-6-04 & will be 7 weeks out tomorrow. I have lost 32 lbs. and about 40 inches overall.

Hi Everyone! It's fantastic to see how great everyone is doing!!! I am five and a half weeks out and down 36 lbs so far! Have gone from a size 24 to size 20 and those are getting loose now. Cindy

WOW! Congratulations everyone. On 8-19-04 I was down 25lbs. I've had a lot of problems with my incision and hopefully they will all be resolved in the next few weeks and I will be able to start a much more intense excercise routine and get that weight comming off faster. Heather
