Hi, just wondering if I can have a protein bar at 3 weeks out?

Hi Karen, I was told that I could as long as I can tolerate it. Just make sure it is the soft kind and no crisp or big nutts and eat a very very tiny piece first to make sure it goes down ok. Have you already been onto mushy and solids foods yet? I was able to move into them quickly but wish I hadn't because my weight is coming off so slow.....Anyhow, best of luck! nadine

I don't know if we're allowed to have them at 3 weeks out or not, but I ate them anyway. Honestly, they're really not much better than flavored cardboard. But it beats the shake, I guess!

I ate them too. I have always eaten protein bars. I get samples sent to me for my classes. The Genisoy and the Odwalla Peanut Chip Chrunch have been my favs but I do chew chew chew chew. I can't eat an entire one either. Tanis
