4weeks out,things are looking better

hi everyone i was just wondering if at four weeks out is it ok to eat chicken and rice soup or chicken noodle soup. i always just pour the broth off of it and sip that.i don't have a list either of what to progress to, i will be calling my nutristion tommorrow as soon as they open. i've lost a total of 25lbs.and i feel great ,and my frist day at curves is also tommorrow,wish me luck. and i thank you all for everything this website makes it much easier to stay on track,because everyone roots for everyone else.marilyn

I EAT CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP AND I AM 6 WEEKS OUT, BUT I EAT THE CHICKEN FIRST, THEN I EAT A COUPLE BITES OF THE NOODLES AND THAT IS ABOUT ALL I CAN EAT. YOU SHOULD ASK FOR WHAT YOUR DR PERFERS YOU TO DO.

Hi Marilyn, My doc and dietician say no pasta or rice for a looooong time. That they can swell and make you uncomfortable and prevent you from getting enogh protein. Have fun at CUrves I've heard its a great begining workout! CJ 246/219/138
