Here is a link for anyone interested that deals with all forms of weight loss. You can even send questions to this doctor. He's the president of the Quebec Bariatric Physicians Association. The information is plentiful, impartial and they even have some programs that you can try. Their specialty is weight loss through motivation, which even we WLS patients can use. They do have products to sell, but this is NOT why I'm posting this...you can find very helpful information on this site, and I thought I'd share it with you.
