It's called Sisu Body Elite Whey Isolate Powder (if any protein powder says *isolate* then it has more protein per serving than regular). I found it at a small health shop called The Nutrition House...I'm in Canada...but I'm sure that a health food shop near you would have something similar...it cost me $50 Cdn Tax included....which is for 33 scoops(servings).It is unsweetened and unflavoured. I love it...

About 3 1/2 weeks out and down right at about 28 pounds...While my surgeon has a plan outlined - he does tell you to "move ahead" in it if you are feeling hungry...I am not hungry ever....But moved ahead anyway...
3 meals a day and 2 snacks a day are suppose to be what I eat...I am lucky if I eat 2 meals and the heck with a snack...(It would just come back up...)
Eggs make my , do well with chicken, hamburger, tuna, shrimp, deli meats, string cheese (cheese in general), yogurt, and refried beans...Love refried beans - could live on those....(Can you say Taco Bell???)
Still losing - no plateau. Lost 2 pounds past 2 days even though on my period....YEAH.
i'm doing great now. i had such a hard time with the drain that they left in after i left the hospital. it gave me so much pain. but it's been gone for almost two weeks. i'm at a plateau and have been for over a week. some may be due to my period, i don't know what else it could be, but it is sooooo frustrating. i have only lost 18 pounds so far, plut 10 pounds the week before surgery. so 28 in all. i don't feel as if it's enough. i know i'm not active enough, but i need the ok from my doctor before i can do alot. i don't get full easily, but i also don't eat very much. it's been an interesting road so far. good luck being a loser.
Hang in there.... It gets better.... I've hit a plateau and I've read of so many others and then I look at them down the road and their weightloss is fantastic. I decided not to look at the scale (only once a week).... Mind you, I made that decision yesterday
I am at lunch right now eating a starfish Lunch to go. I only fixed 1/2 of it IF that and after 3 crackers I am pretty much full... WOW! I remember when one of these little things would have never been enough...
