Wednesday and Thrusday's Workouts

Wed. I did my usual one mile walk. This is becoming as much of a family bonding thing as a work out. The kids look forward to riding their bikes along side me.
Also yesterday, I stopped by Cruves ith a friend. Be warned they get wigged out when you mention surgery. The manager kept saying that her brother had the surgery and couldn't do anything for weeks after his surgery. I reminded her that we all heal differntly. It was my first time there. They did let me try some machines. But, I can't go bac****il I have a letter from my doctor saying that I am cleared for such things. Obviously I can't do crunchies. But, everything else felt really good.
Thur. I don't do my work out until the evening. So, I will post this later on today. But, my plan is to do another 1 mile walk.

On Wednesday it was really hot and humid, so I did my Walk Away the Pounds tape for 1 mile. I did 1/2 mile later in the day.
Today, I walked about 1/2 mile this morning and plan to do it again around 6 PM. I hope next week to increase my distance to a mile, 2x a day.
