What is average wt. loss?
Hi Dawn...I have found sooooo much info on this site...to answer your question...go to main entrance and go under BMI calculator....it has a calculator where you enter your current weight and height and than it can give you info on how much to expect to lose with wls. It even graphs it out over a period of time. The info states the average expected loss is 65% of excess body weight..hope this helps
I am almost 3 weeks post op (ok tomorrow it is 3 weeks) and I have lost right at 25 pounds...
I still feel like a whale - but my coworkers are starting to notice. I weigh less then I did went I met my wonderful husband 3 years ago...so that is exciting.....
I wanted to lose quicker too - but I keep reminding myself that it took years for me to get so overweight and it is going to take some time to get the weight off.
