I'm back too!

My surgery was 7/22; discharge 7/25. I have been unbelievably well and thank everyone who prayed. I've been so well that I asked the Dr upon discharge if he did the surery right; his reaction wasn't as jovial as I meant it. I have had no vomiting, DID NOT HAVE TO USE MY SPOON, and my only complaint was my backache from the horrible bed I had. Hospital care was great and I was home sitting on my deck by Sun afternoon at 1 pm. Monday was great too; a little screwed up on my sleep but until today's dizzy spell I've been fine. Today I graduated to stage 2 liquids with no problem too. Even my pills go down whole! I think having the drain pulled was absolutely horrible, nothing like the feeling of something "snakelike" unwind inside. I thank all of you for your prayers and will continue to pray for you (PS I prayed to not have my period during surgery and I didn't; my discharge papers were handed to me, I went to the bathroom and guess what!)
