Back from hospital

Hello Everyone! Had surgery Monday the 19th. Everything went well...lap rny with gallbladder removal. Tuesday was the roughest day....wasn't prepared for that, but Wednesday felt tons better. Came home Wednesday evening. Sipping and eating going okay. Walking going okay. I find warm liquids go down better than cold so I am drinking decaf tea...very soothing. Will have (I hope) jp drain removed tomorrow. That incision is the sorest. Hand in there everyone.....everyday get better and in a couple of months we will be through this part.

Congratulations on making it safely to the other side! The first couple of weeks are hard food-wise, so be prepared! You will feel 100% better once that drain is removed, which, BTW, I didn't feel when my surgeon took it out. Good luck tomorrow!
