Why does my surgeon's patient forum keep disappearing?

I've noticed that OH have changed the format for surgeons recently, only freely providing information on the surgeons that PAY to support the sight. Access to the full database of all surgeons operating in a given area is restricted to those that have a profile on OH.com This really makes for less than unbiased information availability, in my opinion! But WHY does my surgeon's patient forum keep disappearing? I am having my surgery on July 27, and any of his patients that might be interested in that info can't access it! I can't post any of my updates, either or network with other people that have had Dr. Kamelgard!! What gives?

Hi Irene! I know OH has been having some technical difficulty lately. (Like when my posted BMI jumped about 5 points AFTER I was post-op)! The best thing is just send an email to tech support. They got back to me within a day, and they had my BMI corrected within 2 days. Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SURGERY!!! WE'LL BE PULLING FOR YOU!
