Check out Caroline Martin's profile and Web site. She's lost 200 pounds in 1 year AND kept an extensive, almost-daily journal. She has food recommendations and lots of pictures. Talk about a boost of encouragement!

try the "find peers" link next to surgery dates on the top of the screen

You also can go to the left of your screen and click on ROSTER OF MEMBERS. You should be able to see her listed alphabetically.
