Protein Drinks ?

Hi Everyone While i await my surgey coming up July 27th......... I would love to know what protein drinks or powders everyone has used and what is the best ? Thanks !! Karen Hill

My surgery is scheduled for July 28th. I just ordered some "samples" of different protein drinks from bariatriceatin.com, Susan Maria Leach's website. You can get sample packets for a reasonable price so you don't have to order the large quantities in case you don't like them. I just got them in the mail today so I haven't had a chance to try any. But, when I ordered Susan Maria's book, they sent along a sample of Fuzzy Navel Nector, a Whey Protein drink. It was really good and stirred up easily with absolutely no lumps! 23 g of Protein per serving. You may want to check out this website...she's got lots of choices. Gail
