HARD DAYS
this site is the best. I did not realize how much I would need to return home after having my surgery not be able to be completed. The surgeon found that I had a problem with my liver that if he had continued it might have ended up being the last year of my life. I returned home to an email box full. You are all great and I appreciate everyone who has sent their support, especially my friend Pachi in Fort Collins who was by my side to hold my hand and wipe my tears. For all of you who were able to go through it thank god for you. You are on the other side and working your way to the thinner side of life when people will no longer point at you and laugh. Hope that it is the best, as good as I hoped it would be.

Oh Patti, I'm so sorry. You must be so disappointed.
I wish I could think of something to say that might help or make you smile. Please continue to be part of our July group...we need and care about everyone here.
Hugs (((Patti))).

Patti, I am glad the surgeon was competent enough to find this before he went throught with it! I'm wondering have to had any problems with your liver before? Were there any signs? Please provide more info? I had the flu at xmas and had a bad turn with it and was peeing blood . Yeah, the doctor said it was the kind of thing that if I would have been 75 or 80 I could have easily died from the flu---BUT MY GOD IS GOOD!!! His mercy and grace is AWESOME! The specialist said it was all cleared up, but you know how in the back of your mind your thinking....is it? Thank you for sharing your situation!God Bless you!
Patti,
I am so sorry to hear about this. Your health and safety is what is important. Does this mean you will be unable to have the surgery in the future? I hope whatever the outcome is that you will stay and be apart of this group. I know it must be hard and you will probably have some rough times but know that we are here to help you through them.
All my best wishes and prayers for you!
Heather
