Blue Cross HMO - California anybody?
My surgery is July 21 with Dr. Quilici. I have Blue Cross HMO (CA). I know that some people have to pay Dr. Q a $600 fee, but the authorization I received from Blue Cross and the guy I talked to at Blue Cross said I only have to pay my deductible of $100. They said not to pay Dr. Q. But Dr. Q's materials say, "no pay, no surgery." ??????? Anybody else Blue Cross HMO?
