July 29th

After being told my surgery had to be postponed, it' back on again with a different surgeon. I met with him yesterday and got good vibes from him. I am so excited!!!!!!!

WooHoo! What made them postpone it in the first place? A problem with your original surgeon? So glad you are still on track.

I'm not sure of the exact reason, I just know ALL of Dr. Carters surgeries for the month of July were postponed and Madigan Army Medical Center didn't give me a reason. I could have waited for him, but since they slipped me into his schedule it could have meant waiting 4 months before he could get to me. I definately didn't want to have to wait, it feels like I've been waiting forever already. So I decided to meet with the one surgeon he reccomended. ~Tanja

Well now it's the 26th....less days for me to worry; right? LOL
