Surgery Date set

I'm brand new here and my date is 7/22/04; I haven't received the particulars as yet, should be here by mail within days! I'm excited and nervous and haven't told but 3 people so far. I'm not sure I want to tell anyone beforehand mainly to NOT hear negative comments. I'm also looking for an angel to guide me through.

Congrats I can truly understand where your coming from. I have not told my sisters or my parents. They only ones that know are my husband, my children and 3 co-workers. I also dont want to hear anyones words of negativity or nonsense. I dont visit my family much but when I go home for christmas I should be in the century club and hopefully then I cna tell them. Jeanette: Are you going to tell your sisters and parents just beforehand? I really don't want to lie by saying it's a hernia or gall bladder surgery but it's crossed my mind. My family lives close by so missing 3 days might be noticed! Bonnie
