Hi Susan, I'm also on July 22nd. I got approved this past tuesday and found out my surgery date on Thursday. Its moving quickly. I already have an appointment for pre op stuff on wednesday and my final visit to the physician on tuesday. It'll be here before we know it. I don't know what time yet, they'll call me with that the night before the surgery. Take care and good luck. I know that i'm getting a little nervous, but I'm sure that's normal! Take care, Kathy
