Reading my old post and page and Crying my eyes out....PITY PARTY
I have come back to the place that I thought I would never be....although I am no where near where I was have gained at least 30 lbs....WTH happened....I felt like I was given gift and part of me feels like a failure each time I put something on that doesnt fit like it did last summer. I am 6 years post op but I have lost all motivation to excercise and do what I know is right! I am so ANGRY with myself...
The same reasons I have gained weight in the past are slowly creeping back up school schedule hectic job schdule not enough time to go to the gym... blah blah blah... ARRRGH
I need help with finding that motivation again I REFUSE to increase another dress or pant size...
Just looking for some encouraging words and even some tought luv..
Thanks

Oh sweetie... don't feel like the lone ranger! That 30 lb bounce is a *^(%%&%! It seems like it showed up out of no where. I understand. But now sweetheart, you have two choices.... stay in the pity box and gain ALL your weight back (there are many who have) or fight like hell to maintain or lose.
Start tracking your food like you did in the beginning... get rid of the sugar, white carbs, fried foods, fast foods. You know the drill. Focus on protein, fruits, vegetable and drink your water.
Wall 30 minutes a day... it won't come off as fast as betore, but it will come off!
Be good to yourself. You are not where you used to be.... so fight like hell to avoid it. Your body will fight you to go back to it's highest if you don't get in gear now.
Hugs!
