Hi Lisa and everyone else!
I'm doing well on the SBD. I'm down to 192 lbs. from 200.5 on 1/26. I can't wait until I'm in the 180's - that's my short term goal, so it's getting close!
Here's my meal plan for today:
B: low sodium V-8, 2-3 oz. grilled chicken breast
S: zucchini with 1 oz hummus
L: Eggbeaters with some black olives and lf cheddar, veggies from the salad bar
S: light Finlandia Swiss with some walnuts or almonds
D: big salad with salmon, black olives, roasted red pepper, cucumber, tomato and 2T dressing
S: either some yogurt w PB or fudgecicle
Still practicing a lot for my tap recital on Monday - my poor old bones are ACHING!!!
