Hi Everyone!  Today I weighed in at 287.8.  Here is my menu plan:

 

B:  weight control oatmeal with fresh blueberries

L:  LC panini chicken ranch, string cheese

S: Wendy's chili with cheese, side salad

Not sure for snackin.......
