They keep loosing my post!

I posted but it didnt submit... oh well here it is again.  Today's weight was 287.6, down -12 from last Monday.  Here is my menu for today:

B:  Special K w/Protein with fresh blueberries

L:  LC panini

S:  Salad from the supermarket salad bar with dressing from home


Not sure for snacks, had celery with peanut butter and a string cheese last night.

How is everyone else doing?? Nancy???

Hi Lisa,

Yeah, I'm still hanging in there.  I had a 7lb. weight  loss my first week on SBD and was happy with that.  Then I gained 1.5 lbs - I honestly don't know how that happened - I've been sticking to it to the letter!   I lost one of those pounds today, but it got me PO'd for sure!

I'm still going to stick with it.  It's got to come off if I'm not eating the sugar and bad processed carby foods I was eating.  At least I feel better and I'm sleeping better.

I take a tap dancing class and we're having a recital on Monday evening, so we're practicing like 2 hours every other day...I'm DRIPPING wet when we're done, so that's been my exercise. 

I'm hanging in there....here's my menu for today:

B: low sodium V-8 and 2 oz. grilled chicken
S: cucumbers and 1 oz. hummus
L: Eggbeaters omelet with lf cheddar cheese, one sl of turkey bacon and veggies from the salad bar
S: light swiss cheese and some walnuts
D: Salmon on a big salad with assorted veggies and 2T dressing
S: yogurt or a cup of milk

The night time is still the toughest time for me.  Once I sit down in front of the TV, all of the food in the house calls to me.  I've been going to bed early just to avoid caving in...
