5DPT - Day 2

Thanks for your supporting messages!  How did I stay away from here for so long? 

I survived my first day with little effort.  Felt a little crabby last night, but other than that, I did just fine!  Day 2 is going very well.  Lost 2.5 lbs. since yesterday!!!  (I know, I know...it's jus****er - but it's gotta go, sometime!)

Have either of you ever stayed on this 5DPT longer than the 5 days? (I know -- I'm being overly optimistic...it's only Day 2!)

How are you two doing?

I haven't stayed on for longer, but I know someone who does the first two days the beginning of every week or every other week.  I'm seriously thinking of trying that at some point.....I don't know how healthy that would be though.

I'm glad you're doing well and  on losing the 2.5 lbs!!  Whether it's water or fat or whatever - 2.5 gone is a GOOD THING!!
