5DPT - DAY ONE!
Well, today's my first day on the 5 Day Pouch Test. It's just after noon and I'm still hanging in there! It's really not so difficult. I guess it makes me realize how often I eat when I'm not hungry. So far I've had 2 Protein Drinks and a couple bottles of water. I plan to have some chicken broth for dinner.
I really hope I can do this for the entire week. So far it feels good to be back in control! I never really ate terribly BAD stuff...just the WRONG food! For lunch I'd always bring cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit, and a couple of Kashi bars. MY ENTIRE LUNCH WAS SLIDER FOODS! Then I always wondered why I was so hungry later in the day! That's when I'd hit the vending machine for Animal Crackers (another slider)!
I'm so glad I came back to Obesity Help to get support from the people *****ally know what I'm going through!
