I hope everyone is okay!!! I am still struggling with 3 lbs from last weekend...but I am on track and I know it will pay off.  Here is my plan for today:

B: Special K with rasp. and milk

L:  LC flatbread

S:  Maybe a chili and side salad from Wendys

I am going with my brother in law that just had the surgery on July 28th to an "after" surgery meeting.  I havent been in a good 3 1/2 years.  I am happy I can be there for him!!  He is doing great, down about 45 since surgery!!! Have a good day everyone :)

Hi Lisa - sorry I haven't been on in the past few days.  I'm on vacation this week and I've been doing some painting.  I thought I'd give myself a little break from the SBD and the scale.  Well, I weighed  myself this morning and I was 181!!!  I can't believe a couple of days with pretzels and an ice cream cone and I gained five pounds!!  It frustrates me that I have to be so strict and rigid just to maintain... never mind lose.  Oh well, such is life.

Wonderful news about your BIL!!!  I'm sure he appreciates your support.

Well, anyway, I'm getting back on board today and here's the plan:

B: eggbeaters, 1 sl. turkey bacon, V-8, coffee
S: zucchini or cucumbers with hummus
L: tossed salad with lite Jarlesberg cheese
D: salmon, tossed salad
S: ricotta cheese or yogurt with a tablespoon of cool whip

Hi Nancy...

Im glad youre on vacation!! I go the week of September 22nd, and I cant wait!  The only thing is that Im anticipating it so much that once it gets here I know it will fly by!!!! Isnt it frustrating about putting on a few pounds?  If I could show you what I ate last weekend, you would be amazed I gained 3 lbs.  This morning I was 285, so still up 2 lbs.  And, wouldnt you know it, I have been so hungry this week!!!  I have done very well though.  Im wondering if its been that I have been doing so well, that any "bad" foods I give my body it just turns right to fat.  I dont know..

The meeting was very nice with my b i l.  There were a mix of post and pre op folks.  It went a little over an hour.  Im hoping that we can go together every month! 

I ended up having a small chilli with 7 appetizer things.  They have 10 g prot, 6 gr sugar per 7.
