Here comes Wednesday
How is everyone??? Im still up from the weekend. I have stuck to what I should be eating though, and Im sure it will payoff. Last night I went to the track and did 1.5 miles. Here's what tomorrow brings:
B: Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal
L: LC meal
S: Fresh Haddock or Cod, salad
Water all day, hope to walk.
