Monday - 8/18 - checking in

Hey Lisa - you've been doing great!! Hope keeping off the foot helps it heal quicker! I had a not so great weekend. I felt like I needed a break from the SBD and ate a few things I shouldn't have - pizza (at least it was thin crust), chocolate covered pretzels, and even Cheez Doodles! I did it to get it out of my system....so I'm back on SBD, Phase 1 again today. Can you believe that with just those few things I gained 2.5 lbs?!?!? Why is it so easy to put on and so hard to take off?? Anyway, I've bee OK so far - here's the plan for today: B: Eggbeaters with lf cheese, 1 sl. turkey bacon, coffee and V-8 S: zucchini slices with lemon hummus L; lettuce wraps with chicken salad, mushrooms, tomato and red roasted peppers S: lite Jarlesberg cheese with some sliced almonds D: salmon over big tossed salad S: ricotta cheese or yogurt with 1 T natural PB Hope everyone has a great day!!
