Plan for today - Wednesday, 8/13

Hi! Well, I've been not such a good girl the past couple of days. I haven't gone off SBD foods, but I've been over-eating - especially at night - peanuts, cool whip, etc. I really have to get myself back on track. It seems like I get close to goal and I sabotage myself...what's that about???? I had an extremely stressful day at work and wanted to eat cake and ice cream and chips and pretzels, but I didn't.... I did eat a lot. I sometimes wonder if I'll ever understand my obsession with food and have a healthy relationship with it. If I'm not able to control myself shortly, I'll maybe try the 5 day pouch test again. Anyway, here's the plan for today: B: The usual, eggbeaters, 1 slice turkey bacon, V-8, coffee with skim milk S: zucchini with lemon hummus L: lettuce wrap with chicken, red peppers, mushrooms, cheese S: sliced almonds D: big tossed salad with grilled chicken S: going to try to limit to Jello How's everyone else doing????
