Plan for Today - Sunday, 8/10

Well I made it through the graduation party OK. I did have some chicken that was breaded (a no-no on the SBD) and a couple of pretzels and a small piece of cake, but not the icing. Aside from those things, I stuck to plan. I weighed this morning and was 175.0, so I'm OK. I was proud of myself that food wasn't the focus for me yesterday. There were so many times that I would have plans to go to a party and totally obsess about the food and just eat constantly once there. That didn't happen yesterday and it's such a relief. Maybe I do have the ability to eat normally..... Here's today's plan: B: Eggbeaters with 1 slice turkey bacon, V-8, coffee with skim milk S: lite Jarlesberg cheese L: tossed salad with some chicken strips S: zucchini chips with hummus D: sirloin steak on the grill, grilled asparagus, broccoli S: No sugar added fudgesicle, jello with lite Cool whip Hope everyone's having a great weekend!!
