Teah, my friend - it's so great to hear from you!!! You have such a beautiful family! You look gorgeous and happy - what a wonderful gift this surgery has been for so many of us. Way to go on the exercise and journaling. I try to do the same - I think of how many people out there would love to have the surgery and I feel guilty if I don't take it very seriously.
