Happy Anniversary!!!

My 4 year anniversary is monday!!!! 7/28/08. I can't believe its been 4 years. My daughter found an old picture of me at the beach before WLS and she said mommy who is this? SHe just turned 3 by the way and she has never known me when I was that size. So I have the picture in my purse and I periodically showed it to my sisters and nieces. One of my nieces said I can't even remember when you looked that way. I only remember you like you are now! With that said, its amazing to me, I don't even think about being the way I was before. Its a lifestyle and I am happy I made the change. Most weeks I work out 5 days and I track my food to make sure I am eating healthy. How is everyone? Love Teah
