Goal for today

This is my second attempt to post... having some technical difficulties. Anyway, I'm back from my trip. I didn't gain, thank God! I walked a lo****ched what I ate, although I did slip in a fewwhite carbs. So my plan for the next two days is strictly protein. Come on out July lurking July babies!! Hugs! Denise

Welcome back, Denise - I missed you!! It's bad enough being only the two of us, but when there's only one of us, it's REALLY lonely!! I'm glad you did well while you were away - hey, we always have the ability to be in control. Sometimes it's harder than others, but we can do it. Here's the plan for today: B: cottage cheese with cinnamon and Splenda, tomato juice, coffee S: string cheese L: salad with tuna, and asstd. veggies S: lite Jarlesberg cheese, 1/2 apple D: salmon, broccoli, asparagus D: ricotta cheese, Splenda, vanilla flavor Hope everyone has a great day!!
