Goal for today - Wednesday 7/9

Hi all, Even though there aren't a lot of people checking in, I'm going to use this forum to post my meal plan every day. I read on Yahoo news yesterday that journaling your food is one of the most effective ways to lose weight and keep it off. Today the plan is: B: McCanns Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, tomato juice, coffee S: string cheese L: tossed salad with shrimp or salmon S: lite jarlesberg cheese and a kiwi D: Omelet made with like shredded Mexican cheese and topped with salsa, 2 slices of turkey bacon and asparagus on the side Dessert: ricotta cheese with splenda and 1 T natural peanut butter Hope you are all having a great day!!
