Still Losing and Poppin in to say H!
Hi Everyone,
It's been a while, how is everyone doing. I no longer have access to message boards at work, but I think about you guys often and I hope everyone is doing well.
I'm still working out six days a week and now everything is finally clicking! I broke the 183 that my body was holding on to so long..
Over November and December 2007, I stopped workin out and I had gained 9 additional pounds, after my cruise and with the holidays.
So since taking charge, since the beginning of the year I'm down 17 pounds to 175!
I'm working with a personal trainer and using weigh****chers to help with portion control.
I don't have a goal number that i'm seeking, I just want the side effects of healthy (looking good!).
