Healthy
All right, I really got the dates all messed up on my threads. Oh well.
I had a pretty good week last week. Officially (Monday to Monday), I lost 3 lbs, although yesterday I was down 4. Just 7 more to go before I get back to my lowest point. The end of the week was kind of rough, but not so horrible as to undo everything I did. I didn't exercise as much as I wanted to...but I did get in four days.
This week's plan doesn't involve much. Breakfast will be an english muffin with fat-free cream cheese, lunch will be Healthy choice, and dinner will MOSTLY be sandwiches and soup (DH is working evening shift, and I'm not cooking). I will probably also make a box of hamburger helper (without hamburger). We don't really have much in the way of snack foods, so I'm pretty limited...carrots and apples, I guess.
Well, that's what my week should look like. I hope I can be down another 3 by next Monday. Maybe more!

Hi there!
I'm still plugging away - hovering between 173 -175. That seems to be where my body gets comfortable for awhile until it decides to start losing again. I had a pretty good weekend if you don't count the peanut butter pretzels & the Sun chips!
I'm continuing to have my protein shakes during the day and my high protein meal at nights. There's no use trying to do without the pretzels, so I'll limit myself to about 10 whole grain pretzels a day. I usually have a protein bar too if I need that little extra snack. I didn't do much in the way of exercise this week aside from my Monday night tap class and practicing about 1/2 hour a day.
Pam - I'm curious - why no hamburger in the HH? Wouldn't that be your protein source???
Anyway, onto another week - one week closer to SPRING!!!
Hugs to all,
Nancy
