Happy weekend to all! How is everyone doing? I am finally finished all the holiday shopping and wrapping and the stress level has gone way down. There are so many extras this month. Hope all are having a great week. It is about time to put some New Years Resolutions on paper folks....mine will be exercie....I am inspired by how well some of you incorporate it into your life...I have no excuse....treadmill is right in my bedroom with a tv in front of it.....exercise ball too....no excuse and I think I would feel better......Hugs to all.....let's all squeeze in some rest this week for ourselves...maybe it will only be one hour of quiet time but we all need it...I sure do......shopping and Christmas and wrapping and bank statements and parties and socials...and ....and....is so draining....Hugs... Hi Karen, I hear you about the stress levels. No matter how much I accomplish, there's always something to take it's place! My resolutions are on paper already. I will exercise at least 30 minutes every day, and I will stay away from those 'trigger' foods and try to incorporate more fruits and veggies. I'm going to get back to my Walk Away the Pounds. I don't think I'll be getting up early to do them - it's too cold, but I will do them right after work. Also, my tap dancing classes resume in January...I'm really looking forward to that. I've also been working on my Cape Breton step dancing. Hugs, Nancy
