Hi all, Having a crummy day. Argued with my son and the worst part is that nothing was resolved before he stormed out...sigh.... I've been keeping myself really busy so I'm not snacking. I'll probably go out and rake leaves for an hour or so. I've been cleaning out closets and cabinets and I've gotten rid of so much stuff - the garbage man will earn his keep this week! I was 174 again this morning - that's fine - down 6 lbs. this week. It's very motivating when the weight comes off quickly - once it slows down is when it's hard to stick with it! Here's my plan for today: B: Protein drink L: Protein drink D: Turkey tenderloin and carrots S: Atkins caramel fudge bar, WW Flakes & Fiber Trying to drink lots of water. I'll practice my tap and step dancing later and rake leaves for an hour for exercise. Hugs, Nancy
