Yesterday was not as good a days as I would have liked. I'm sure I was still under 2000 calories, but that's still too high. Plus, I didn't excercise, although I did manage to run around the school all day. Today will not be a healthy day. We don't have school, and we're planning to have lunch out at a pizza buffet...so my routine is completely disrupted. BUT, we will have salad for dinner, which will help counter-balance that bad lunch. And breakfast? Who knows? Something carby, I'm sure. Pamela

Morning Pam My eating yesterday was okay - but today is another day where I'm not hungry and eating makes me feel a little icky. Not sure why I do that sometimes. I've got a package of Unjury here, I may try to get that into some milk and drink that for breakfast. We'll see how the day goes as to what else I can manage to get in. Have a great day! Traci

Hi all, I seem to be back on track, so I'm hoping to stay that way. I've decided my goal is now around 165. I think the 140's and 150's are just not possible, and the fact that I could never get there (even with surgery!) was really frustrating me. I normally seem to settle around 173, but with all of the stress I've had in my life in the last month, I saw 180 on the scale yesterday morning!! Well, that set me into action. I decided to do protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, then for dinner I had one slice of turkey meatloaf and an Atkins protein bar for a snack after dinner. I weighed this morning and I was 178, so I feel motivated to continue on today. I had my tap class last night so that was a good hour workout. I'm supposed to have dinner at a friends' house tonight - but I'm going to stick to meat and a veggie (I think he said lamb chops and carrots). So, my plan for today is: B: EAS AdvantEdge strawberry shake L: EAS AdvantEdge chocolate shake D: Lamb chop and carrots S: Atkins caramel fudge protein bar That puts me at about 600 calories, 20 carbs and 74 protein. I know it's not a lot of calories, but I'm just going to try this for a few days to get me back into 'diet' mode. I'm going to try and do 30 minutes WATP or if I can get out at lunch time, take a 30 minute walk. Hope everyone has a great day!! Hugs, Nancy

Good Morning All, I still have a case of protein drinks in my cabinet. I was thinking of drinking one of those every morning to see if I can get some movement in the scale. I've still been working out 3-4 days per week, so I am happy about that. My first thoughts were to just focus on the exercise program and then focus on the food after the holidays. But I think I may change that focus a little. I should have thrown out all that extra candy, because I've been munching on it. So,I'm going have a shake to replace breakfast for the next 12 days and continue my workouts. I tell you this new lifestyle is hard work. Teah
