MTL Monday 10/16/06
Hi Everyone,
I thought i'd jump in with the MTL Posts. This exercise thing is really great for me. I have more energy, I am getting more fluids and I'm looking forward to exercising! I can't believe that myself. This morning I was geared up and practically running to the gym. Each day I do a little more to increase my activity. Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and strength training for the arms!

Baked Beans with Polish

SF Caramel Pudding and Individual Graham Cracker Crust
