MTL Monday
Hmmm...I tried posting this morning, but it's not here. Oh well!
Yesterday was decent. Not perfect, but an improvement. Today is turning out to be the same. Both days will run me about 1800 calories each.
B: english muffin
L: microwave meal
D: salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, corn
S: protein shake, crackers w/peanut butter, soup...okay, and some candy
Exercise: That was part of the original plan, but I'm too tired to do it
