MTL Sunday
I have been under a lot of strain the last couple of weeks with this whole baby thing, and I have the numbers to prove it. I'm up 3 lbs, to 218. I have another 10 days before I'll know one way or another if a baby will be here in June. I'm trying to be patient, but when I have too much downtime, it consumes my thoughts. I'm also having crazy baby dreams at night, so it feels like I NEVER get a break!
I thought that this week (DH is working a 2-10pm shift, so I won't really see him), I could focus on eating right. I have already eliminated caffeine and aspartame, and I've taken all of my vitamins for a week straight. Now, I need to eat healthy foods and proper portions...and get that exercise in!
B: oatmeal
L: tuna sandwich, cheese stick
D: meatloaf microwave meal, apple
S: green beans sound good...
Exercise: on my way out the door to walk now
