MTL Tuesday
I wound up eating too many cookies and beans yesterday, no exercise.
B: cereal with 1/2 banana
L: chicken microwave meal
D: McDonald's (salad or grilled chicken...it's McTeacher Night for school fundraiser)
S: probably nothing...there won't be time later today
Exercise: probably not...at least I'm honest!

Good morning!! Sorry I didn't get to post yesterday, but our internet was down at work.
Yesterday wasn't too bad, but could have been better. But I did get in 30 mins on my glider so all was not lost.
Today will be better:
B: Unjury protein shake
S: Apple slices with peanut butter
L: Ham slices with cheese
D: Baked pork chops

I had a pretty good day today.
B Trail mix grapnut cereal
L L/C turkey and stuffing w/cinnamon apples
S Baked pork chop, mashed potatoes & broccoli
no official exercise, but mopped my floors today. Did my 3mile walk yesterday. Scale reading 279 this morning and tonight. Best Wishes!
