Good mor*****ng!! Friday was my birthday... So... I blew off the weekend... gratefully the scale hasn't registered my sins!!! So here's today's plan. Hopefully I can outrun the calories I ate this weekend!!! B: Tilapia/Applesauce (my usual.. I'm addicted!) S: AchievOne L: Deli Turkey/Swiss Cheese/Romaine Lettuce/Lite Dressing S: AchievOne D: Ground turkey S: AchievOne S: Phyilly Swirl Sugar Free Popsicles Nutrition: 1222 Calories 43 Fat 56 Carbs 134 Protein Exercise: 25 minutes Pilates Speed Sculpting 1 hr walking Hugs! Okay, so today hasn't started out too great. Not that it is horrible, mind you, but I'm SOOO hungry. B: 2 english muffins (about 300 calories) L: tuna sandwich D: beef stew, homemade bread S: ?? Exercise: a walk around the park (15 minutes...or longer) Here's to a new week! Pamela -135

Hi Girls, Here's my plan: I already walked my walk (3.1miles), and mopped all the floors. But at 5am I was STARVING...lol...so I had 2 slimfast bars and a handful of Chex Mix....ouch. We are on our way to the apple orchard, so I don't know what lunch will bring, but for supper I will have the new BBQ chicken brick oven pizza from Lean Cuisine...YUM! I also started up my bowling league a couple weeks ago, so will do 3 strings tonight. Not so bad...Ive been really trying not to eat in between meals. Best wishes!!! Love, Lisa 380/279.5/200 or so
