Friday was my birthday... So... I blew off the weekend... gratefully the scale hasn't registered my sins!!! So here's today's plan. Hopefully I can outrun the calories I ate this weekend!!!

Hi Girls,
Here's my plan:
I already walked my walk (3.1miles), and mopped all the floors. But at 5am I was STARVING...lol...so I had 2 slimfast bars and a handful of Chex Mix....ouch. We are on our way to the apple orchard, so I don't know what lunch will bring, but for supper I will have the new BBQ chicken brick oven pizza from Lean Cuisine...YUM! I also started up my bowling league a couple weeks ago, so will do 3 strings tonight. Not so bad...Ive been really trying not to eat in between meals. Best wishes!!!
