Well I had a good eating day yesterday but the scale didn't budge! I hate when that happens!
Here's my plan for today
B: Not really hungry, so some hot chocolate (sf) for now.
L: Grilled Chicken Casesar Salad
D: Turkey Burger
Trying to go with no snacks today.
